I’ve noticed it for a while. But now I’ve decided to ask.
Is t really so common? Can they really make that much money off it?
Well, that’s the part I understand. But What is Mesothelioma. And how do lawyers use it to their advantage?

lawyers can make money off anything it would seem, they are the ones paying for those ads. The people and families dealing with the disease don’t win, the lawyers do.

I think that it is fairly common, if you worked in an asbestos infested building. But yes, if you have cancer, lawyers can make a lot of money on a lawsuit over this.

Mesothlioma is a type of lethal lung cancer that is caused by long exposure to asbestos. Asbestos is a natural mineral rock and is mined, crushed and the fibers are then woven to produce fireproof and insulation material. Asbestos material was largely used up until the late 80′s after it was banned due to rises in numbers of asbestos related disease.
Asbestos can release fibers and dust and can be inhaled into the lungs. If the fibers are not coughed up or cleared by the lungs natural defences – the fibers can cause an inflammatory reaction, disrupt normal cells and cause cell division – hence, develop into mesothelioma.
Mesothelioma has a high mortality rate and victims or their families can sue the employers of where the victim worked and come into contact with asbestos. Lawsuits for mesothelioma are high, so lawers get a really good profit from cases.
