Mesothelioma is a very difficult cancer to help – basically no Stateside treatments have been shown to work well at all.
The only clinic in the world I know of with consistently good results is the IAT clinic in Freeport Grand Bahamas – they are well known for helping meso patients, and often get patients sent to them from US and other countries Doctors.

Best luck.
I can only answer about Non Hodgkin’s Lymphoma. This is not always fatal. People can live for many years after treatment for it, if the treatment works. It can ‘come back’ however after one or two years or after several years and it can ‘come back’ more than once.
Malignant mesothelioma is a rare type of cancer that occurs in the thin layer of cells lining the body's internal organs, known as the mesothelium. There are three recognized types of mesothelioma. Pleural mesothelioma is the most common form of the disease, accounting for roughly 70% of cases, and occurs in the lining of the lung known as the pleura. Peritoneal mesothelioma occurs in the lining of the abdominal cavity, known as the peritoneum and pericardial mesothelioma originates in the pericardium, which lines the heart.

Don’t know on the first one. As for the 2nd; my sis-in-law had that and has been clear for 2 years now!
