Well the other day (a clear, sunny day that is), i was sitting next to a old broken asbestos fence (didn’t realise at the time). There were also other broken slabs of it leant up against the fence. I was exposed two nights in a row for approximately 3 hours each night. I currently have an unrelated respiratory infection…does this increase my chances of being affected? Is their any way that I can get checked for symptoms of mesothelioma or other such asbestos related diseases this soon after exposure? If necessary i’d like [...]
also who is more likely to get this type of cancer??
